Hello again everyone! We have some new policies to put in place to keep us continually growing and getting more efficient with our space.
1. You must check-in at the front desk. We need to log who is coming in and how much CrossFit is being used (which helps show the need for new/more equipment!).
2. No coats on the couch or in the corner. You're already at the front desk checking in, keep walking. Take the coats and other belongings down to the locker room to help us keep more space in the corner and front area for post-workout sitting. It's also a security issue. Lots of people pass by that area in the morning while you're on your last round and not paying attention to what your purse or wallet is doing (or at least you shouldn't be).
3. Music (and this is mostly me, but for you lone wolves who come on your own) needs to be clean(er). Or not so loud it offends people eating ice cream across the street. And on the same note, profanity-laced blow-ups should be kept to a minimum as well :)
New Stuff--
Cori Safe will be returning for PT! She is a great resource for Olympic lifting and strength training. Let me know and if we get a few people with interest, maybe we can have her run a few of the CrossFit classes. Shoot me an email at tburgess@cheetahgym.com.
Paleo Challenge 2.0 will begin January 14th and run through February 22nd. I will meet with those interested this coming and next Saturday post Team WOD to answer questions and give the outline for the "competition".
Nick broke our squat rack. I just thought I would throw that in as well. Jerk.
