WOD: For Reps:
5 min Row For Calories
4 min Box Jumps (24/20/ Step ups allowed)
3 min Hang Squat Snatch (75/45 Rx)(65/35 Sx)
2 min Wall Balls (20/14 to 10')(14/10 to 10')
1 min Handstand Push Ups (allowed to sub Wall Walks)

Clock will run continuously.  You will have a partner count your reps for you.
